Creus's Characters

Post by Creus on Thu Nov 19, 2015 12:13 am

~My Mage Thief~
Name: Creus Aurinko
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Appearance: Creus if fairly fair skinned  usually being most active at night however if he spends enough time in the sun he gets a light honey colored tan. He is also fairly tall and lean reaching 6 feet and a hundred and fifty-five pounds, with a chiseled physique due to years of living life on the run. He has a rather athletic and well proportioned build. He isn't overly muscular as he is built more nimbly his assets lying in speed and stamina rather then physical strength.  As a result he isn't very wide in the shoulders but his build has served him well in his years of living as a thief. Like this rest of his build his face is also well proportioned, oval in shape and narrowing at the jawline. His proportions give him a rather graceful appearance for a human. He also bares thick, golden blond hair that falls just above the center of his back when left loose however he often keeps it tied back out of his face. One of his most striking features are his eyes. If one where to examine them closely they would see a dark blue rim around his iris and jagged rays of lighter blue around his pupil. He generally tends to wear lighter weight clothes preferring not to be weighed down when a speedy escape is needed. He often dresses in a somewhat noble fashion with stolen clothes as he often goes around impersonating a traveling noble. His usual attire often includes a simple white button down shirt with black pants and black leather boots. Over that he wears a stolen white trench coat with plenty of hidden pockets sown into to stow away stolen valuables.
Personality: Creus is a bit of a loner, he is slow to warm up to others and is often a bit standoffish and distrusting but as he warms up to the people around him his kinder side becomes apparent. He will often quietly lend a hand to someone in need without asking anything or wanting in return. In fact he generally does not like to be recognized for his good deeds and will often try to put others off snarky or blunt comments. Creus is definitely not the type of person to sugar coat things, if someone ask him a question he will tell them exactly what he thinks and sometimes his words can be a bit cruel. This is because he believes the truth is far more helpful then gentle lies no matter how tough it might be. However while he might be blunty truthful with personal stuff with other people he usually contradicts himself as he is generally far from an honest person. He is a thief and a con-artist and has quite the silver tongue often trying to talk and lie his way out of dangerous situations often preferring to try and avoid conflict with words rather then action. Along with that he is generally a more intellectual person spending quite a bit of time in his pursuit of knowledge, specifically magic. Cunning is another word that could be used to describe him as he has been thief the majority of his life and had so far avoided capture.  Along with all that he had a rather pronounced rebellious streak to him, he's not afraid to question who's in charge and the choices they make. He will do so openly, often directly challenging anyone who had a superior rank to him but only if he truly believes that the higher ranking person is mistaken. Something that will probably get him into some trouble but despite his challenging nature he is loyal once he befriends someone. Not only that but despite his challenging nature he has no desire for power or anything else that might give him extra responsibilities, leading to the fact that he is quite lazy. If he can manipulate or coerce someone to do work for him he most likely will.  With all these faults however he does do a few good deeds, one in particular is that often what he steals goes to help others in need.
History:
At the age of six his family made a deal with a slave trader and old family friend intending to sell the young boy to the black markets of asia and get rid of him for good, as well as make money while they where at it. The slave trader however was far from sane and he had a rather bad history with Creus's father. Thus he crafted another plan one that would enact his revenge against Creus's parents and make himself some money. Iinstead of buying Creus from his family at a rather hefty price he simply murdered his family in front of him and kidnapped Creus with intention to sell him once his power fully manifested. During this horrible moment of the young mans life, then a young boy Creus too made a critical mistake that would forever change his life. During the initial attack when the slave trader took out both his parents the then, young boy's, older brother tried to defend his two younger siblings. When Creus saw his elder brother who was valiantly trying to defend both him and his younger sibling was about to be struck down he tried to interfere. In a fit of sheer panic he tried to use his power to strike at their attacker however young and untrained he struck his elder brother down, completely missing the slave trader. After this happened both young and terrified Creus attempted to run away dragging his youngest sibling behind him but they where soon caught and his youngest sibling was killed.

For an entire year he was held captive by this madman as they both waited for his power to grow stronger. He spent the entire time locked in the mans dark, damp and musty basement without seeing a single glint of sunlight while the man attempted again and again to force the boy to use his unusual power, often through cruel and even downright torturous methods. Until the boy learned to use his power on command in order to show it off to potential buyers Creus was of no use to the slave trader.

After enduring this torturous confinement for so long things finally began to look up for Creus, first off he finally began to gain some control of his power. It wasn't much at first and the young boy wisely chose to keep it hidden from his captor no matter what pain came his way knowing it would only lead to a life of slavery. During the many hours he spent along he would practice using his magic manipulation to undo the lock on his shackles while he waited for an opportunity to escape. That opportunity lay with his captors addiction to alcohol, once he got his shackles open the first time he didn't have to wait for long. The next time his captor passed out drunk he escaped, the basement, the house and into the forest beyond never again looking back at the place which held him prisoner for so long.

The young boy spent the next few days stumbling through the forest until he finally arrived at a nearby town, exhausted and starving. There he met with a group of street rats, a bunch of orphans led by a slightly older boy who survived by stealing. They took him in with open arms and taught him the life style of the streets. As the years went by with the aid of his powers Creus quickly rose through their ranks to becoming one of the best thieves among them. As he grew older he began to take charge and help look out for the others and he also started leading a double life. He stole good clothes and began attending local schools under a false name, although he didn't have much interest in a lot of the things he learned there he wanted to have other skills and knowledge aside from street smarts and thievery

For a few years all went well until the locals whom grew fed up with the losses began to retaliate. They began to hunt down the orphans one by one either hanging them or executing them on the spot for their crimes. Eventually they hunted all but two of the orphans down Creus and his best friend whom both decided to flee town. On the day that they where preparing to leave a local farmer who had a vendetta against the orphans for stealing from him in the past claimed that they where the leaders and last surviving members of the local thieves. Although both Creus and his friend tried to escape they where surrounded and caught. Later that very day they where both sentenced to execution by hanging without so much as a trial or proof that they where indeed the thieves.

That night Creus managed to escape using the same lock picking spell that allowed him to get free from the shackles years earlier. Upon escaping he immediately went to the jail that supposedly held his friend but upon arrival he realized his friend was gone. He searched briefly for his friend but he did not have the time to hang around as the authorities and locals where both on his tail eventually forcing him to flee town without locating the whereabouts of his best friend. To this day he does not know the fate of his friend but he believes he was either executed that day or escaped on his own. Since that fateful day from over ten years ago he has always kept an eye out for his friend hoping that somehow he was still alive.

Since then Creus has spent most of his time traveling from place to place making a living as a thief. He has never spent too much time in any one location in fear of having to relive the events of his past. Over the years he has picked up various spells and knowledge about magic from people his has met or watched during his travels and studying book. He has mostly learned elemental based and healing spells, however he has learned a few others as well. Of course his favorite is still the lock picking spell that saved his life and earned his freedom not once but twice. As of three years ago Creus was caught in a blizzard near the northern border of the country he was in. While trying to get to safety he stumbled upon a white wolf pup whom was curled against its dead mother and siblings. On a whim he picked it up and brought with him too next town intending to sell it off to someone. However the person he had met in which he intended to sell the pup insisted he should keep it. As some where in some old book apparently white wolves where good luck. At first he wanted nothing to do with the animal but it soon grew on him and he named it Blizzard after the storm he found it in. Later on he shortened its name to Blitz Its now been two years and he would not trade Blitz for the world as the wolf has proven invaluable. He cast of his last name as a child due to what his parents did however he often makes up random ones as he goes ones of his favorites is Aurinko.

Blitz:

Mage Sight- When activated mage sight allows Creus to be able to see the elemental make up of the environment around him. He typically uses this to track and locate people and objects by their elemental make up. The best I can explain this is that if he where to examine at a tree he would be able to 'see' the wood element that makes it up. If he where to look into the sky he would be able to see the air element that makes it up as well as the water elements that make up the clouds. He can also see elements that don't belong, say if there is a trail of the dark element in the air he would also be able to pick that out. This form of sight is not an extension of his normal eye sight and it does not have such limits. Rather its the ability to implant elemental sight directly into his mind therefore and he could see wherever he chooses to look without the need to actually 'look' around. There is of course a limit to how far he can look ahead with this but it serves him well in heavily forested or crowded areas. Despite this he rarely uses it due to the fact that while using this it leave him wide open for attack

Other: Other things about this character, although its usually limited to role plays he excels in a wide variety of magic and thievery skills often using them hand in hand to get away with thefts, cons and what not. He is capable of using healing magic but he cannot heal himself and generally, depending on the role play I often have it set that healing magic doesn't work on him at all. I like my characters to be in pain...
A tidbit of Creus's past
He was sitting on a small pile of straw in his family home's small and drafty attic listening the familiar sounds of drunken voices and partying below. His parents where social climbers, always hosting parties for the rich in a constant attempt to gain the favor of the powerful. He didn't truly understand why back then but he had always been able to sense that those people where just using his family to have a little fun, occasionally getting violent even. He could hear it in their voices and he could imagine seeing it in their eyes. It was the reason why he didn't mind his isolation as he had always been afraid of them. For a young child his senses had been unusually sharp and his observations had been keen and that was one of the reasons why his family kept him hidden away but it wasn't the main reason. They said he was different, his parents hated him, they hurt him and right in front of him wished that he didn't exist. They claimed he was a bane to their wealth and ostracized him from the family. He didn't understand why they treated him so cruely, why they kept his existence hidden from those around them and kept him locked away. As a child he would often huddle in that dark, decrepit attic and cry as he wondered what he did wrong and pondered what he could do right so that he would be treated like his siblings. He had seen his parents treat his elder brother and younger brother with love, he had seen them comfort them when the fell and worry and fuss when they where sick. He had heard them bragging to other people about how good of children they where but his name never came up, most people didn't even know he existed. He had desperately wanted to be loved like them and because of that often found himself angry to his brothers but unlike his parents they sometimes treated him with kindness. They sometimes forgot that they where supposed to hate him. In those time when they treated him like a normal person he forgot his hatred and confusion and the constant misery that plagued him. For the first six years of his life his siblings had been his only chance to experience a hint of what a normal childhood was like.He had always had mixed feeling about this, he looked forward to it desperately but he also hated the simple fact that he did look forward to it. He hated it because it was the only thing to look forward to besides his daily meal. Until then he lived a life of constant pain, confusion and misery but toward the end of his time with his family he was beginning to understand. He was just starting to figure out that he was different, that he could do things that his siblings could not but by the time he truly realized how different he was it was too late.

He was growing tired of his existence in the attic and he was growing bolder. Even though he knew a painful beating would come his way if he was caught he began sneaking out. He had been growing used to the pain and he was proud that he no longer cried when they hit him, no matter how hard they did it. During those last six months with his family he was finally starting to learn things, he was learning how much his parents hated him but he was also learning just how much of an anomaly he was in his family. He heard his parents say to their close friends whom knew of his existence that he couldn't possibly be their real child, that some sort of demon must have replaced the child his mother gave birth to with that 'thing.' He knew the thing was referring to himself and he had listened fearfully time and again as his parents and their close friends plotted ways to get rid of him. He didn't really understand back then but hearing those words left him feeling cold and distant but at the same time also hopeful. If he was not truly a member of this family then perhaps his real family was still out there some where, maybe even looking for him. Things only grew more confusing from there, as much as his parents hated him even at his young age he would have thought his parents would agree with their friends plans of getting rid of him although he did not understand what getting rid of entailed. Instead they kept bringing up the topic of selling him, having someone break into their home and pretend to steal him so that way no one would look down upon them for selling their own child. To a young, uneducated boy who spent his life living in an attic these words where meaningless and confusing but he had still felt as though they where bad.

The dream surged forward, to the last day he spent with his family. The last day he saw them alive. He had been getting better at sneaking around, now his family rarely caught him and along with his resistance to crying it was something he had grown proud of. The day started out like any other, he would be waiting up in the attic listening to his family's movements below. He had learned to anticipate when they would go into the room they used to hold these private conversations and as always he would sneak in ahead of them and hide behind the loose boards in the wall. He had discovered they had moved by accident and learned that there was just enough space behind them for a small boy to hide. This day was different however, his parents seemed on edge and not long after they met in that room a strange visitor came knocking at the door. He lost sight of them for a little while after that as they both eagerly went to go great this mysterious person but eventually the returned escorting a strange man dressed almost entirely in black. The moment Creus lay eyes upon him he knew this man was bad, his instincts screamed at him to run. He knew the man was not right but as fearful as he was he knew that if he left his hiding spot he would surely be beaten again so he stayed. They where talking about him, the man seemed frighteningly interested in him and seemed to wear a twisted smile whenever his parents mentioned his powers. They began to talk about things like price, costs for the theft and slavery, things he had only barely understood. Then something changed, they began to disagree and he sensed something really bad coming from this man. He didn't understand but he wanted to tell his parents to get away from the bad men, so much so that his fear for what  was about to happen overrode his fear of being beaten. He had been leaning against those loose boards listening intently to their conversation and then all of a sudden they gave way and he came crashing into the room and the boards clattered down around him.

The moment of silence that followed afterwords seemed to last forever as he stared up at the three adults with a deep sense of terror and then his father shattered that by striding across the room, his face hard with anger before he delivered a powerful kick to his side sending the little boy flying into the wall as he began shouting at him. He could see his brothers open the door to the room and peer in with worried curiosity at the loud crash and he could see the terrifying dark man pulling out a large knife from inside his jacket. A knife that he later learned was a dagger and then that was when all hell broke loose. In a single swift motion the man whirled upon his mother and drove that blade into her chest. Everything happened in a blur after that, his mother staggered back blood gushing from her wound and her leaking from her mouth as she made an odd chocking sound before falling to the ground. His father spun around his face fading from being red with anger to going as white as a sheet, then his father was falling to the ground as well and his brothers who had since entered the room where now wide eyed in terror. His eldest brother, a boy who was ten years old ran across the room and dove for the old sword hanging above their fire place that had once belonged to their fathers father. The older boy then stood trembling before him and his brother pointing the old rusted blade at the man, he could hear his brother hissing at him to take his younger brother and run but he had been paralyzed in fear. Then the man attacked his brother knocking him to the ground and laughing cruelly while taunting his attempts. The man soon seemed to make it a game of beating down his older brother but then his brother managed to cut him with the sword and the man howled with rage. Creus saw that the man was going to kill him and panicked, he ran forward and tried to push his elder brother out of the way but instead something else happened, something much worse. As he threw out his hands to push his brother and a strange wave of energy flew out striking both his brother and the bad man. Everything happened so quickly, first he was trying to save his brother and then he was standing there staring at his brothers headless body as it fell to the ground. A thump sounded at his feet snapping him momentarily out of his shock as he looked down slowly at his feet and then with a shriek of terror he fell back, scrambling backwards in a desperate attempt to get away from the bright accusing eyes of his brothers severed head. In doing so he crashed into his younger four year old brother. In an act of absolute terror he snatched his younger brothers hand and dragged the boy out the door, fleeing the room, the house and into the street. Behind them the two terrified children could hear the man chasing after them, it pushed them faster and made them run harder but then suddenly strange noise reached Creus's ears and he felt his brothers weight pulling him down. At first he thought his brother had merely tripped but his already wide and terrified eyes widened as he saw the dagger embedded in his brothers back and then something crashed into the back of his head and everything went black.

History in dragon rider form:

Creus was born among a normal family however as his talents for magic began to appear they began to fear him and thus abuse and treat him cruelly. As his powers manifested at a relatively young age he spent most of his first six years locked in a drafty attic bedroom hidden away from most of society. Due to the fact that his human family had no history of either magic  they came to the conclusion that someone must have stolen their child and replaced him with it. He does not know if this is true but he believes that its most likely the case is since he cannot explain who he is in any other way. At the age of six his family made a deal with a slave trader and old family friend intending to sell Creus and get rid of him for good, as well as make money while they where at it. The slave trader had other plans in mind however instead of buying Creus from his family he murdered his family in front of him leaving only Creus alive. The slave trader did this solely out of greed since slaves with magic where rare and sell for exceptionally high prices. From their things only grew worse, in a panicked attempt to save his older brother from the slave traders sword Creus, unleashed an uncontrolled burst of magic. Since he was young and had no knowledge of how to control his power the spell quickly went awry killing his brother instantly by severing his head from his body. After this happened both young and terrified Creus attempted to run away but he was soon caught by the slave trader and spent the next year in his captivity.

That whole time he was locked in the traders basement and shackled to the wall while he searched for the ideal buyer. Finally more then a year after he had been capture Creus received two strokes of luck, one was that he finally managed to pick the lock on the shackles with magic and two the man in a drunken stupor forgot to lock the basement door. When the intoxicated man returned home Creus took his chance, sneaking out of the basement while the man was passed out on the couch he slipped out into the stables and stole one of his horses. He then proceeded to flee on horse back but it wasn't long before the trader gave chase. Although he doesn't remember how long he spent running from the slave trader Creus does remember waking up in a muddy ditch in the forest some time later. Guessing that he must have fallen off the horse Creus wandered around the forest lost and alone for several days before he stumbled upon a town.

Within the town he met up with up with a group of orphans whom took him in and taught him how to survive and the art of thievery. For a few years all went well until the locals whom grew fed up with the losses began to retaliate. They began to hunt down the orphans one by one either hanging them or executing them on the spot for their crimes. Eventually they hunted all but two of the orphans down Creus and his best friend whom both decided to flee town. He has mostly learned elemental based and healing spells, however he has learned a few others as well. Of course his favorite is still the lock picking spell that saved his life and earned his freedom not once but twice. Around five years ago as a young thief he stumbled across something rather extraordinary, a large golden stone. At least that was what he thought at first but when it hatched he was shocked to learn that it was a dragon. He was a thief and now a dragon rider as well, at first he didn't know what to do but as life continue he and Raizel learned how to work together to become even more efficient in the world of thieves while they did their best to remain undetected. As of three years ago Creus was caught in a blizzard near the northern border of the country he was in. While trying to get to safety he stumbled upon a white wolf pup whom was curled against its dead mother and siblings. Re: Creus's Characters

Post by Creus on Thu Nov 19, 2015 9:29 pm

~My Noble Warrior~ (Skyworld)

Nickname: Kyrion Zacia
Gender: Male
Age: 23
Rank: Noble, lower ranked then Kaden but not by much
Avian Guide?: Peregrine Falcon- deceased
Appearance:  Kyrion is a very handsome young man who's height averages out at six feet even. He sports long slightly wavy raven black hair that falls just past his shoulders. Unlike his brother he is in very good shape with a well toned but sleek musculature built upon from years of swordsmanship practice  and the the time he spends exploring the forests. Despite spending a lot of time outside his skin remains toward the pale side though he occasionally gets a slight tan. One of his most startling features are his kind, vibrant green eyes and the faint scars that cover his body from the time when he was kidnapped as a child. Kyrion generally prefers to wear darker colors and simpler clothing then his brother. When he isn't working he is generally seen wearing light weight, easy to move in clothing.

Like this but with green eyes

Personality: Unlike his brother Kyrion is generally quite kind but he is very guarded around others. At one time he was a gentle and loving child who had a strong love for animals and was always looking out for the welfare of others however after being kidnapped he changed. Although he still cares he has gained slightly rude, blunt and sadistic side though its nothing compared to his brother you will see the ruder, blunter side of him when it comes to dealing with people he dislikes or is uncertain of. Since he is still getting over what happened to him as a child he will more often then not try to keep other people at a distance and tends to be a bit distrustful. His sadistic side is something that is rarely seen simply because he finds that it is often more trouble then its worth. Kyrion is also no stranger to sarcasm and can be considered quite intelligent but he can also be a bit paranoid at times.

Weapon/Aptitudes: Kyrion is very proficient in swordsmanship and is almost never seen without his katana at his side. Although he considers politics important he can be seen training hard daily. He is a very athletic individual who always enjoys sparring and being out and about during the day while he enjoys more intellectual pursuits during the night such as reading.

History: Kyrion was born into the noble Zacia household two years and three months after his elder brother Kaden. For the first eight years of his life he lived a fairly normal life growing up in the shadow of his enigmatic brother. Unlike some other more hotheaded individuals he didn't mind his brother being seen as the better half. In fact while his brother enjoyed soaking up the limelight of his position and the love of his parents Kyrion enjoyed sneaking off and exploring the forests, reading and swords practice. He never had any desire for what his brother had as he found that he quite disliked the noble treatment and lifestyle. Then his peaceful life changed dramatically at the age of eight when his household was violently attacked by a group of rebels. It all started late at night when Kyrion awoke to the sounds of screaming and weapons clashing at first he thought it was nothing more then a nightmare but as the sounds drew closer he got up to investigate with his newly bonded avian guide of a few months. When he came down to the main floor of his household he came upon a horrifying sight, a blood soaked battle ground and at the center of it was his mother hovering over his older brother as tears streamed down her face and she begged for mercy. What he heard next shocked him to the core, shattering his innocent view of life and his trust of people. Just before she was cut down his mother begged the rebels to take Kyrion instead of Kaden. Just after those words left her mouth a rebel cut her down in a single stroke as the stunned and terrified Kyrion looked on frozen in place. Then as the rebels where about to strike down his brother as well his father came to the rescue charging through the doors with a small army of guards who began to beat back the rebels while as his older brother ran away, running straight past where he was standing and leading some of the rebels straight toward him. In sheer panic Kyrion began to flee as well but he didn't get far before a heavy pair of hands seized him by the arms. The next thing he knew, a heavy object was colliding with the back of his head and everything went black.

He never knew how they managed to escape with him but when he woke up sometime later he was chained to the wall of a small, dark room. Some hours later after his skin had grown raw and bloody from his struggles to free himself from his shackles a large scared man entered the room clutching his struggling falcon. There that man announced that Kyrion now belonged to them, that if he wished to survive he must submit to whatever they dealt to him. He was told that his parents where gone and no one would ever come looking for him. Then with a cruel the man pulled out a small knife and cut off one of his avian guides wings before tossing the bird and its wing just of his reach. The man left after that leaving Kyrion alone to watch helplessly as his avian guide slowly succumbed to its wounds. Although he only bonded with the falcon a few months before their bond was strong and this left a raw, open wound in his heart that hadn't healed even years later. Believing that his family was gone and seeing the death of his guide Kyrion had quickly given up all hopes and endured his pain in silence. This was the hell Kyrion lived in for the next seven years, enduring cruelty after cruelty and endless torture never understanding why these people kept him alive. For years he quietly awaited his death, expecting to never see the light of day when he finally saw a glimmer of hope. Once day one of his torturers let slip that both his father and brother where still alive and he also let slip the reason why they where keeping Kyrion alive. They where using him as a hostage to extort weaponry from his father. Such knowledge finally gave Kyrion the hope and courage he needed to start hatching an escape plan. Do to his passive nature over the years his captors had grown rather lax and no one noticed when he stole a spoon. He then spent the next several months grinding the metal handle against the chains of his shackles that held him until finally he was able to break them. Finally free from the wall he waited until the sounds of his captors around him grew quiet before he made his escape, slipping out into the night to get his first breath of fresh air in weeks.

That was when he learned that all this time he had been held in a small cabin hidden in a dense forest. At the time of his escape he was weak and sickly from the years of punishment he endured but he managed to push himself pretty far before he collapsed of exhaustion. Being free at last was both an exhilarating and terrifying prospect.  He finally had a chance to change his life around but he feared the consequences of what would happen if he got caught and facing the wilderness alone in his weakened state was nearly as daunting.  The first few weeks where the hardest as he struggled daily to push himself deeper into the forest in fear of being caught and it was even harder still to find food. He had some knowledge of survival based what he read and learned before he had been kidnapped but most of it had been trial, error and luck. More then once he had eaten a plant that made him sick but luckily he managed to survive it. As the weeks turned into months he began to grow more relaxed, he began to explore more and travel with less desperation but hunger was his constant enemy. That was until one day he stumbled upon a strange young creature. It looked somewhat like the fearsome giant wolves that he had seen roaming the forest but this creature was much smaller and a light brown in color with softer features and wings. The creature itself was injured and at first he planned to kill an eat it but as he approached and it looked fearfully into his eyes he found his resolve quickly slipping away. In the end he found himself nursing it slowly back to health, working hard to earn the creatures trust and as time went by it warmed up to him. A year after he escaped his captors at the age of sixteen he and his canine friend Kaze where finally found by a small group of skypeople who had entered the forest. He had been found sleeping by a stream with Kaze at his side scarcely clothed in the tattered remains of what he had on when he escaped.

The reintroduction to normal life that followed was not easy for Kyrion. First he had returned to his home, his father and brother he had long since given up hope of ever seeing him alive again. During the years he had been gone he had fallen well behind on his studies and training and he had changed dramatically. His brother had grown up to be a corrupt and spoiled rotten brat and his father was distant. For the next seven years he worked extremely hard to readjust to society and catch up on his studies, putting his swordsmanship above all else. He was determined to make up for the time that had been lost and he wished to be prepared to fight and defend himself in case the rebels ever returned. Although he worked hard to catch up to his brother no matter what he did he was not able to raise himself in his fathers eyes and he lost that chance when his father was killed a year ago. No one knows who killed him but one morning a maid found him in bed with his throat slit. The news had horrified Kyrion causing him to jump to the conclusion that a rebel had snuck in and assassinated his father but his brothers attitude toward what happened led him to making a different conclusion. His brother who had seemed very close with their father seemed unfazed by the death showing no emotion what so ever and he quickly jumped in and took over his fathers roll, leading Kyrion to wonder if Kaden had killed his father himself in order to take his place. Since that day Kyrion has been very suspicious and weary of his brother.

~The not so Noble madman~ (Skyworld)
Nickname: Kaden Zacia
Gender: Male
Age: 25

Rank:
Noble, higher ranking then Kyrion
Avian Guide?: none

Appearance:
Kaden is slightly taller then his brother at six foot one and has shoulder length blue hair and beautiful sky blue eyes. Although he is generally considered quite handsome he lacks the muscle tone his brother has since he spends the majority of his life working on building up his status through the courts and chasing after woman. His skin is a lighter shade then Kyrions due to the fact that he rarely spends any time outside and he regularly dresses in expensive and flashy clothing that truly makes him stand out from the crowd.

Personality: Kaden is very arrogant and self centered. He only cares about himself and will do whatever it takes to raise his own power and earn more money. He is both crafty and cruel. He regularly finds was to force money out of or scam less fortunate, lower ranking people often lending out money and driving up the debts while using his 'guards' to force them to pay up. He runs this operation under the guise that he is doing good and uses his money and power to keep the darker side of what he does hidden from plain sight. He only seeks to use and abuse those around him for his own personal gain and pleasure often chasing after women and tricking them into falling in love with him using a well practiced and charming guise. When things become to serious however and the benefits of having a woman starts to slip he had no issue ditching them and breaking their hearts so he could go on to find another victim of his playboy ways. He is also a rather cowardly man, never owning up to his own actions. Instead he finds ways to pass the blame onto others or hides behind his rank.

Weapon/Aptitudes: Like his brother Kaden was also trained in swordsmanship however he lacks his brothers skills do to his dislike of practice and hard work. His true skill lies in his ability to disguise his true nature and trick others.
History: Kaden was the first and always the favorite in his parents eyes, he always got what he want and had things done his way. He grew up learning to look down upon his brother as the inferior member of his family and was not all that unhappy when his brother was kidnapped. In fact even at the young age of ten he was quite relieved to get rid of the competition. From the time he was young he had always held a deep hatred of his brother, the brother whom not matter how poorly kaden made sure he was treated always seemed to be happy. In the years that his brother was gone Kaden grew only more corrupt as he finally could enjoy all the power and glory of his fathers rank to himself. He learned to enjoy and use woman for his own pleasure but when his brother finally returned he was at a loss of what to do. It had taken him by surprise and he began to fear for his position once again but it soon became obvious that his brother far beneath him, having to learn things that Kaden had long since known. Instead his attention began to shift back toward his father, the one man who stood in his was of becoming more powerful.
Love interest?: Kaden is a player, although he considers himself straight he is not afraid to use men if it could gain him something he wants.

Re: Creus's Characters

Post by Creus on Thu Nov 19, 2015 9:43 pm

~My master Assassin~

Name: Reito Satomi
Nickname: Rei
Gender: Male
Age: 24
Squad: Rei will likely join one in the future but he is currently a rogue
Vinge Species: Melanistic peregrine, his wings are glossy black in appearance and much like his falcon counterpart they are fairly long and pointed allowing him to dive through the sky at high speeds with grace and agility.
Rank: Assassin
Avian Guide?: Rizzio, a vain and rather hot tempered black peregrine falcon whom is often at odds with Rei. Upon their very first meeting Rei invented the nickname Zio for the noble bird in and although at the beginning Rizzio tolerated what he believed to be a rather degrading nickname the falcon has since grown to despise it as they lives took a dramatic change. Once the falcon had been proud of his partners skill and work ethic but now, the new, charismatic and cheerful Rei serves only to get on his nerves. Still, the falcon remains as faithful and loyal to his partner as the day they met regardless of his consent threats to leave and find a skyperson more worthy of a falcon like himself.. Despite their antagonistic relation ship the two do work well together when things get serious, although they may still bicker even in the worse of times.

Appearance:
Reito is tall at 6'1 and weighing 165 pounds. Despite his height Rei has a fairly sleek musculature and he tends to be a bit on the slimmer side. Despite this the muscles he has are very well toned from his constant travels and the fact that he is always working our an training. His skin is rather pale in tone, this is partially due to the fact that he often works during the night however even if he spends time out in the day he is unlikely to gain any sort of tan. This makes his jet black hair stand out quite a bit against his pale complexion but it is not always so noticeable considering he dresses from head to toe in black. Along with black boots he also wears  black pants and a black shirt, sometimes just simple t-shirt but everyone and awhile he will wear a nicer black button down shirt when he is doing business with a rich customer. Over top of that he wears a warn and slightly tattered black leather trench coat which has hidden pockets stitched inside where he hides small weapons. On top of his pale complexion and dressing habits, he has something else that makes him stand out, imposing blood red eyes. His eyes are often the topic of much fear among weaker groups of Skyworlds underworld, he is the assassin with cold and calculating blood red eyes

Personality: In his past Reito was nothing more then an emotionless cold-blooded killer. Ever since the day he left behind his squad and the avian division one would hardly recognize the man he has become. His oddly charismatic and cheerful personality is something that seems hardly befit that of an assassin or so one would think however hints of the old Reito still remain. Occasionally in times of danger or when sizing up a future victim he may temporarily revert back to his old self when he chooses to take the situation seriously. This often presents itself in a sudden extreme change of demeanor that almost makes him come off as slightly bi-polar. He is generally quite blunt, often cheerfully pointing out someone elses mistake and he loves to annoy his Avian guide Rizzio by calling the falcon by its much despised nickname of Zio. Despite all this Reito is generally fairly easy going and occasionally even kind, as long as one doesn't mind his blunt observations and odd obsession with milk.
Weapons/Aptitudes: With his silenced pistol Reito was once one of the best assassins in his squad capable of accurately shooting down a foe over a long distance. Due to his high rate of accuracy he was often used in mission requiring the use of longranged weapons. He is also fairly proficient in the use of small blades or light weight swords. He relies mainly on speed and precision when striking or shooting then anything else as he is rather lacking in physical power.

History:
As a youth while his parents where still alive Reito was well known as a rebellious trouble maker. He was the type of child always getting into trouble, stealing things, getting into fights and regularly pranking others. This was partially due to his families financial issues brought on by his father who was both a drunk and had a severe gambling issue as well as anger issue's among other things. The other part being that Reito had simply fallen in with a bad crowd at a young age.  His troublesome nature however was soon brought to an abrupt end, just before he was drafted into training just like any other young vinge his age his life took a dramatic turn when his parents where murdered by a local mobster. Unknown to him at the time in order to survive his parents had been borrowing cash from the local mob and they had failed to pay them back.

That day when Reito returned home he discovered his parents bloody corpses laying in his living room. The shock of the scene served to forever change his life. Due to the trouble he caused and the crowd he had gotten involved with for years he believed that he was the one responsible for his parents demise. Also because he had no where else to go he was brought in for training several months earlier then what was originally planned. The very next day he was sent in for training.

With the belief that he was the cause of his parents death Reito took his training very seriously, both seeking some way to make up for their deaths as well as needing a distraction. After that incident the young rebellious Reito had seemed to die off and was replaced instead by a very serious and hard working man. He worked hard at his training, learning the art of assassination and by the time he was sent on his first mission not only was one of the most skilled in his squad but he was also one of the most obedient. He never failed to follow orders regardless of what was asked of him. These traits led him to become rather popular among his superiors and rather unpopular among his companions. He never made time for fun and if any of his squad members stepped out of line he would immediately report it. Over time he gained a reputation as a stone cold killer with icy blood red eyes, too many he appeared to be an emotionless robot carrying out orders at will.

This was who Reito was for a long time, but even that eventually came to an end when Reito finally woke up from the state he had fallen into. The start of this was when he learned the real cause behinds his parents murder. The realization came as a shock to him when he finally learned this truth, all these years he had been foolishly believed he had been the cause.  He hadn't even stopped to think about it, he had simply automatically assumed that he was the cause of their deaths due to his actions as a child. It was only when he learned the truth that he finally realized how incredibly foolish he had been, for now that he thought about it the real cause behind it seemed fairly obvious. Being blind to such a simple thing for so long made him start questioning everything he did and though he kept doing his job and continued act as the robotic killer that had become nothing more then a guise as he tried to figure things out for himself.

Finally he came upon his last wake up call, his last mission with his squad before he turned rogue. It started out as any ordinary mission would start, he was given his orders and eventually departed to follow them out along with a few of his companions. This was just an ordinary assassination mission, their job was to kill a few extremely troublesome rebels. That what he started out doing as well until the very end anyway, when he stumbled upon a young girl hidden away in a closet belonging to one of the men he had just killed. At the time he was the only one in that room and for the first time he froze. When he discovered her the girl merely stood their holding a small knife tightly in her hand looking up at him with eyes that where both determined and hopeless. She wasn't trying to run away, cowering, crying or even trying to fight back like others he had seen before. Then he found himself asking her why she wasn't trying to do anything of those things her response stunned him. She told him that she knew none of those things would help, she would just die like everyone else and when he asked why she then clung to the knife she told him that just because she knew it wouldn't help she still didn't want to die. He didn't really understand the logic behind the little girls reasoning but he never really had the chance to ask her anything else because shortly after his discovery one of his companions found the two of them. The other vinge was fully prepared to kill that little girl and at that moment Reito made a decision that changed his life. Instead of killing the girl or letting his companion take her he turned on his companion, knocking the man out before scooping the girl up in his arms and fleeing with her.

He hadn't planned on doing this and his own actions left him more lost and confused then ever before. He didn't understand why he saved that little girl but he knew that now that he betrayed his squad he couldn't just go back. Instead he took care of the girl over the next few days in a slight state of shock as he tracked down someone to take care of her. Once he found someone to take her in he was left to face his dilemma alone. He could go back, he would certainly be punished for his actions but considering his actions up to know he felt that he had a fairly good chance that his superiors wouldn't act too drastically. The problem was, he couldn't bring himself to go back but he knew they would be looking for him so instead he hatched a plan to fake his death. He set everything up, he even found a corpse with similar height and features, severed and disposed of its head to hide the dental records and burned the corpse beyond recognition. Then he lured out the people who where looking for him to an abandoned building and put his plan into action. He allowed them to corner him into the building after he doused it in oil and set the corpse into place. After making sure he had an escape route he set off a small bomb, then fled into the night watching from a safe distance as the building burned to the ground. He had purposely placed the corpse by the bomb to blow it to bits, so the absence of the head wouldn't be such a questionable thing.
He had done what he could to fool people into thinking he was dead, considering he was just an average soldier he placed his hopes on his superiors just writing off the incident as someone who snapped and wouldn't look into it too much. He fled that area and went into hiding, taking jobs from skyworlds third party in order to make a living often taking simple assassination jobs to kill off rivals but he never again accepted every job that came his way. He wouldn't kill anyone with children and he did research on every job he took, if the person he was asked to kill seemed innocent he would refuse to take that job. Despite this he has grown to some popularity among the mobs and thugs for if he chose to accept a job, with the advantage he had as a fully trained vinge those who know about him have no record of him failing a job.
Ever since the day he betrayed his squad Reito has made the conscious decision to change who he had become. No longer wishing to be the robotic killer he taught himself to look at things from a different perspective. At first the change wasn't easy, as he fought with the desire to hide behind what was his typical emotionless mask but as time went on he came to accept and eventually thrive upon the man he was becoming. Soon it became the new him and now he isn't even certain who the real him was. Was he still that rebellious child? The emotionless assassin? Or is the knew charismatic persona he took on the the real him?

Love Interest?:
Open, can go either way
Reito dragon rider version
Spoiler:

Name: Reito Satomi

Age: 25

Gender: Male

World: A world of my own creation, simular to our own modern day world but a little more futuristic and obviously with dragons

Personality: In the past Reito was nothing more than a cold blooded killer, a man who was supremely obediant to his superiors. He did everything he was ordered to do no more and no less and it mattered not what it was. He was the best of the best, a killer without fail with a robotic personality. Once he entered the special division of his military after the murder of his family he had entirely given up on being human. He had cast his emotions aside and lived as an empty husk of a human to be controlled as his superiors saw fit. He was once a killer with cold, predatory red eyes cabable of giving all but the bravest of men and women the chills.

That was the Reito of the past, he is no longer that robotic killer.

His oddly charismatic and cheerful personality is something that seems hardly befit that of an assassin or so one would think. He is observant and generally quite blunt as he cheerfully points out anothers faults, or other things he see's fit to point out. While the assassin rarely misses a beat how he to reacts to events is generally quite unique and he often take things in a serious manner.

Despite all this hints of the old Reito still remain. Occasionally in times of danger or when sizing up a future victim he may temporarily revert back to his old self when he chooses to take the situation seriously.  He goes from a cheerful and happy fellow to a fierce and dangerous predator in the blink of an eye. This often presents itself in a sudden extreme change of demeanor that almost makes him come off as slightly bi-polar.

He also has a strange obsession with drinking milk.

Orientation: Um? Reito has yet to decide anything

History: As a youth, while his parents where still alive Reito was well known by locals as a rebellious trouble maker. He was the type of child always getting into trouble, stealing things, getting into fights and regularly pranking others. This was partially due to his families financial issues brought on by his father who was a drunk, had a severe gambling issue as well as anger issues and violent tendencies. The other part being that Reito had simply fallen in with a bad crowd at a young age.  His troublesome nature however was soon brought to an abrupt end, just before he was drafted into training just like many other young men his age his life took a dramatic turn when his parents where murdered by a local mobster. Unknown to him at the time in order to pay for food and bills his parants had taken to borrowing cash from a local gang.

That day when Reito returned home he discovered his parents bloody corpses laying in his living room. The shock of the scene served to forever change his life. Due to the trouble he caused and the crowd he had gotten involved with for years he believed that he was the one responsible for his parents demise. Also because he had no where else to go he was sent in for training two years earlier then what is traditional for his world, going in at the age of sixteen rather than eighteen. The very next day after their deaths he was sent to a base training camp half way across the country. Where he learned the hard way how to fit in with the older crowd. It was a tough break after loosing his family to be thrown in with such a rough crowd. Military training was strict and tough, it was hard enough for any eighteen year old. At sixteen, Reito had it even worse he had to complete his schoolign as well as endure the training. Initially he had a tough time, he had to learn to balance military and school. One could not rise through the ranks without completeing their schooling and none of the men and woman in charge of the training saw fit to give him a break or any leeway to work on his studies. Eventually he learned to balance both and from there on he climbed the ranks, going from basic military training to specialty training as an assassin.

During this time he was stricken with the belief that he was the cause of his parents death and Reito took his training and schooling very seriously, both seeking some way to make up for their deaths as well as needing a distraction. Over time he gained a reputation as a stone cold killer with icy blood red eyes, too many he appeared to be an emotionless robot carrying out orders at his superiors beck and call.

This was who Reito was for a long time, but even that eventually came to an end when Reito finally woke up from the state he had fallen into. The start of this was when he learned the real cause behinds his parents murder. The realization came as a shock to him when he finally learned this truth, all these years he had foolishly believed he had been the cause.  He hadn't even stopped to think about it, he had simply automatically assumed that he was the cause of their deaths due to his actions as a child. It was only when he learned the truth that he finally realized how incredibly foolish he had been, now that he thought about it the real cause behind it seemed fairly obvious. His parants had been dirt poor, his father wasted all their cash yet some how his familiy had lived comfortably. As a child this was not something he questioned, he grew up that way and never had reason to think about it.

He could go back, he would certainly be punished for his actions but considering his work up until that moment he felt that he had a fairly good chance that his superiors wouldn't act too drastically. There was two problems with that however one was the girl, even though she was young she was still a witness and the offspring of a rebel. In order to return he would surely be ordered to put her to death or turn her over so they could kill her and he simply couldn't bring himself to go back. He knew they would be looking for him, the military wouldn't simply let one of their top assassins walk freely, he was meant to work for them for life.

So instead he hatched a plan to fake his death. He set everything up, he even found a corpse from a previous assassination with similar height and features, severed and disposed of its head to hide the dental records and burned the corpse beyond recognition. Then he lured out the people who where looking for him to an abandoned building and put his plan into action. He had done what he could to fool people into thinking he was dead, considering he was just another soldier he placed his hopes on his superiors just writing off the incident as someone who snapped and wouldn't look into it too much. He fled that area and went into hiding, taking jobs from all kinds of people in order to make a living. He often took up simple assassination jobs to kill off rivals of both criminals and politiions but he never again accepted every job that came his way. He wouldn't kill anyone with children and he did research on every job he took, if the person he was asked to kill seemed innocent he would refuse to take that job. Despite this he has grown to some popularity among the mobs and thugs for if he chose to accept a job, with the advantage he had as a fully trained assassin those who know about him have no record of him failing a job.

This makes his jet black hair stand out quite a bit against his pale complexion but it is not always so noticeable considering he dresses from head to toe in black He typically wears black combat boots along with black jeans, often of goth style along with various shirts, also black but of random designs and styles. Along with this he wear a specially designed black leather coat  somewhat simular to a trench coat which he recieved back in his days of the military. The coat was designed to conceal weapons, as well as provie some minor protection without being too heavy. Its now a bit warn and tattered from his years on the run but like an old leather boot it

Dragon: Rizzio, a vain and rather hot tempered black dragon whom shares shares the Reitos predatory and cold blood red eyes. This dragon looks simular to the dragons of Eragon, his scales are sleek and smooth like a black gemstone.  He has two horns evenly space on the top of his head as well as several facial spikes. Directly behind his horns extends a single row of razor sharp spikes that extend all the way down to the tip of his his tail; These spikes very in size being slightly larger on his back and neck and growing shorter towards the tip of his tail. His tail is tequipped with a single large and sharp obsidian spear like spike and he has large, bat like wings. This dragon is smaller then Raizel and of an ever so slightly bulkier stature. Their difference is fairly subtle though. Rizzio is 30 feet long, 15 feet tall and has a 37.5 foot wingspan.

He is often at odds with Rei. Upon their very first meeting Rei invented the nickname Zio for the noble beast  and although at the beginning Rizzio tolerated what he believed to be a rather degrading nickname the dragon has since grown to despise it as there lives took a dramatic change.

Other: Reito has an obsession with milk and food in general

Rizzio is capable of speech just like a human, he has humanlike vocal chords, his voice is of a deeper tone with a slightly rough edge

Other: Has a slight obsession with milk or food in general (I couldn't resist)

Re: Creus's Characters

Post by Creus on Thu Nov 19, 2015 9:48 pm

~The bloodthirsty phychopath~

Name: Alec Crombel
Gender: Male
Age: 22
Type: Mutant
Side: Dark Deciples

Sibling:
He has two sisters he left behind
Parents: Dead

Height:
6'2
Weight: 182
Profession: Dark Disciples leader?
Children: None
Spouse/Lover: None
Personality: Alec is a very cold and calculating individual whom delights in the art of torture. He is almost obsessive in nature, treating torture like a fine art. There is only one thing he cherishes more then seeing the fear and agony in his victims eyes and that is the moment when they break. The moment when they give up hope and life itself. He usually is very serious, when he is not having psychotic fits talking to his 'demon' and the voices in his head and he is extremely manipulative. When he wants something he will stop at nothing to get it, he is not above sacrificing his disciples for his own gain no matter how unimportant that gain may seem. Along with torture he also enjoys power and he seeks it actively by targeting groups who are more powerful then his own, ultimately seeking to take control of the country himself, this is something he does for kicks. Although the power is nice what he truly enjoys is seeing people looking upon him with hatred and fear, to render the common people helpless and bend them to his will.
Appearance: Alec is tall at 6'2 with messy dark brown hair and blue-grey eyes that are so light they are nearly colorless. His skin is pale from rarely going out during the day and he always wears dark clothes often covered with a fur trimmed leather jacket. He is well built and muscular having trained routinely on a daily basis, he has fairly broad shoulders though they are not overly so. Overall he is a well balanced individual whom one might consider handsome although he really isn't one who would stand out from a crowd, at least not without his scar anyway. Besides his eyes his most distinguishing feature is a diagonal scar that runs from his fore head to just below the corner of his eye. He also has a tattoo right over his heart.

Tattoo

History: Alec was born into a rather abnormal family of mutants who obsessed over the combative arts as well as the arts of torture and tracking. They where a relatively cruel family, manipulating other mutants through pain, money and fear. In a way one could describe them as a small mafia type family who cared solely for power. That was the life style Alec was raised in but soon his cruelty began to outshine even his parents. He had always been unstable but in the last few years with his parents his sanity only seemed to diminish. He relished torturing other mutant and he loved power nearly as much. He loved nothing more then to watch the look in the eyes of the people he got his hands on as their spirits broke. That desire to see that hopeless surrender, the fear and the pain in the eyes of an individual drove him to experiment into worse and worse methods of torture. Do to this it wasn't long before he became one of the most feared people in the area in which he lived but he didn't stay there for long. About two years ago his parents left to get rid of a group they considered a 'problem' and never returned. Naturally Alec assumed that they where killed by that group and resolved to take his vengeance on them. The problem was they where many and he was one as a result he left his home and his two sisters behind and began to seek out others to help him in his quest. It was easy at first, to find people and manipulate them through twisted truths and lies, to pretend to care or do whatever it took to earn their alliance. Soon he had a small group and soon, they took out that group whom killed his parents but Alec had long since stopped hunting them for revenge, he started enjoying the power, he started enjoying the hunt and soon he started seeking out bigger and bigger prey while he worked on building up his group. Around that time Alec also had fits of insanity, often talking to a creature that didn't seem to be there and soon he claimed that he forged an alliance with a powerful demon. Whether that is true or not it is unknown but often when he enters a room the air seems to chill and he seems to have an immensely dark presence.
Powers: Teleportion, Alec is capable of teleporting himself and a few other individuals to various locations. He often uses this as a cowardly tactic to ambush his targets or to flee from his targets if they prove to be to powerful.
Shadow manipulation: He is capable of manipulating darkness to do his bidding, often engulfing opponents in darkness in order to blind them or forming it into various, crude attacks such as dark blades and arrows. He also use these shadows to bind people. He is not very skilled at this but these along with his skills with a blade make for a fairly potent combination designed to blind, trap and kidnap a target before they even have a chance to fight back.
Resilience: Although Alecs rather cowardly tactics are all about him avoiding injury, he is amazingly resilient, capable of taking far more damage then the average person. This along with his teleportation ability has made it incredibly difficult for anyone up to this point to put a stop to him.

~My Rebel Leader~
Name: Loki

True Age:
150
Age Appearance: In his early twenties
Gender: Male
Race: Faria
Species: Ajin, dog

History:
At a young age Loki was taken from his parents and enslaved. Around the age of twelve he was taken from his job as slave and taught to fight, there he spent a long time serving in the front lines of the army and working military patrols for nearly a hundred years until the kingdom finally achieved peace. Then due to his skill in battle he was once again enslaved as the personal guard of the kingdoms only princess when she fell in love and ran away he followed her and continued to guard her as she settled down with the man she ran away with and had a child. Five years after the child was born the village they lived in was attacked and both the childs mother and father was killed. For the next sixteen years he raised the girl himself until she returned to her birth kingdom and got married off. After that she set him free and some years later he started the rebellion.

The Forsaken, also known as Faria are a group of beings believed by humanity to be forsaken by their gods. They are everything thats both non-human and intelligent. This label covers a wide variety of creatures from the commonly known elves and fairies too the almost unheard of Dryads and Dhamphirs. Some of these creatures are human like, many being able to live in hiding among humanity quite successfully while others are more beast like, such as hell hounds and dragons, while others such as the Ajin come somewhere in between. Some Ajin merely have ears, tails and eyes like their animal counterparts while others have more beast like qualities such as fur, feathers and scales, the Ajin are also known to have Arcana a power to control or manipulate a certain element, such as fire arcana or water arcana while others boast rarer abilities such as times arcana, the ability to see glimpses of the future upon the sight of blood or bestial arcana's allowing them to control beasts of their species, such as a snake Ajin with bestial arcana can control snakes. The Ahin however are the lucky ones, being the most common they are often used as slaves and fodder for the army. Most other races of Faria are killed upon site do to humanities belief that they are harder, if not possible to tame.

For untold centuries humans and the Faria have been at odds, however as the human population grew and religion dominated their beliefs the Faria have declined nearly into extinction. At one time it was widely believed by humanity that it was there responsibility to erase the Faria from existence and as a result the kingdoms put huge bounties on their heads causing thousands of bounty hunters to go out and target them. For killing even one Faria could make a man rich for years however that time is now over. As of twenty years ago an army of Faria led by the notorious dog Ajin named Loki led a rebellion against humanity. Although this rebellion was largely unsuccessful Loki had managed to establish some for of relationship between humanity and the Faria. In order to change the world he preformed unimaginable cruelties to both races, forcing both the humans and Faria to cooperate in order to take him and his cruel army down. This battle lasted for ten years before it was finally settled during the final battle at Lupin field at the edge of the Fellasion forest where Loki's masked army and the humans and Faria's united army met at their final battle. It was there that Loki was finally slain by a were-wolf known as Lithos and his army dispersed. However many have their suspicions, for Lithos was once Loki's childhood friend and right after the battle his body disappeared.

Ten years have passed since then, most of the world believes that Loki is dead and that his cruelty has ended for good. However others have their suspicions, some believe Loki is still alive, somewhere and in hiding. Some of them fear that he will return one day and the wars will start again while others have a different belief. This is belief his held by precious few but they believe that Loki is not a monster at all but instead a tragic hero. Once who sacrificed himself to bring unity to the Faria and humanity and their are facts that support this. One of the main ones being that Loki's had every member of his army hide their faces except himself which supports the theory the he alone was trying to become a public enemy while sparring those who fought along side him so they could return to their normal lives once the war was over. Only those whom where close to Loki know the truth but, since they like the rest of the army was masked no one knows who they are.

Since Loki's rebellion has ended things have gotten a bit easier for the Faria, for many humans where forced to rely on their aid during the war. Over the ten years that this war occurred uneasy truces between humanity and Faria grew into close friendships as both began to see the other race in a different light. During this war laws where finally set into place in order to protect the Faria, laws that illegalized bounty huntings on all Faria except criminals and laws that protected Faria slaves. These laws established that Faria slaves must always have at least one good meal a day and a safe, clean place to sleep. They also served to protect the Faria from brutal beatings from their masters. Although it didn't seem like much, it did make their lives just a little bit better.

Despite this however the Faria are still largely seen as public enemies, for tradition and religion against them still widely exists. Its is not illegal to kill the Faira, although bounty hunting has been abolished hunters still exist. People whom hunt Faria, based on family traditions or beliefs. There are no laws that protect the Faria from them, and although it is illegal to kill Faria for money, many towns support these hunters by providing them with food and shelter in return for their services. Although Loki's rebellion caused some protection to be established and bonds to be forged between the two races, things are far from perfect. The Faria still live in hiding among humanity or the wilds, they still face executions and hunters but they are no longer alone. They have allies both among humans and the Faria whom often provide them aid or a means to escape. Life may not be easy for the Faria but things are much better then they where twenty years ago.

The only Faria spared from slaughter are those who fought in the war, they are considered veterans and the most civilized of Faria and therefore they are their families are granted permission to live and work among humans but though the law prevents them from being killed they still live under hatred, fear and discrimination. Generally these and most other Faria are considered sub-humans, those that have earned the right to live among humanity are still seen as inferior.

The dynamics between the two races are rather complicated, on one hand there are the veteran Faria and their families whom are seen as civilized and are protected from murder just like any human. There are also those Faria who have no family relationship to the veterans, they still live in much the same way they did in the past. The only way to tell the veterans and their families from the rest is that they are given items with the insignia of the local king engraved on them. Most of these items come in either the form of jewelry or pocket watches, they are the only things standing in between the veteran families and death and if a member of this family looses this item or has it stolen they are at high risk, just like the rest of their kind until they can provide proper documentation to the king in order to get new ones. As a result, some hunters and towns people higher thieves to steal these items so they can kill these veteran Faria without getting in trouble. As a result the veterans highly value and guard these items at all cost, however it also means that these items also circle the underground markets. Often these thieves will sell these items off, which make it possible for some non-veteran Faria to get a hold of them and live in safety. Its not easy and they are extremely rare to find but a few luck Faria have been able to get their hands on these.

Many try to replicate these items, but even after ten years no one has succeeded for these items are engraved by magic. No one really knows how the kings have these engraved for humanity cannot use magic however their are theories the most prevalent of which is that each king keeps a mage or a Ajin with metal or stone arcanas in their service and that they are responsible for the engravings. Mages, also known as witches and wizards are some of the rarest and most sought after Faria, they like the Ajin can use magic but they are not limited to one type, they can use whatever they can learn, very few of them live freely.

Things have gotten better throughout the world, but many Faria and humans are still not satisfied. Small rebellions happen everywhere where Faria are demanding equality and slaves are demanding freedom. It seems as though Loki's rebellion was just the start of a new revolution, a revolution that won't come to an end until either equality is met or the Faria are driven into extinction.

Pet/mounts:
none yet

Appearance:
So this is the closest picture I can find to what I want, Loki is fairly tall I haven't figured out his exact height yet, maybe 6'1 or a little taller. He usally has fairly pale skin that rarely gets anything more then a very light tan and he has deep blue-grey eyes, a chiseled musculature due to his many harsh years as a warrior he has a strong build due to that but he is also fairly light on his feet and swift. He has slightly messy medium length black hair, as shown in the picture as well as black dog ears with white tips, ears similar to that of a Siberian husky and a black tail with a white tip, also similar in size and shape to a Siberian huskies tail.(not the husky tails that curl over). Loki also has sharpened canine teeth. The last thing that stands out about him are his scars many of them are light silvery scars covering his body received from battles and life as a slave however he has a few more substantial scars from various beatings as a slave and more serious injuries, including a scar just above his heart from where he was pierced through the chest. The scar is on both sides of his body, its larger on his chest where the sword entered then on his back where the tip of the sword exited.

Chibi Loki
